"Duncan and his crew did a great job on the remodel of our kitchen, master bath, deck, etc. We have a 1964 Renton rambler that presented many challenges, and throughout the process Duncan handled them masterfully. People that had seen the home before the remodel can't believe it's the same house! Duncan is very professional, prompt, and has very high standards. His communicates well throughout the project(s), and is accurate with timing and costs. I would recommend Duncan and his crew to anyone looking for quality workmanship in their home. I can't thank him enough for all his ideas and execution."

"I was so very pleased to be put in touch with Duncan and his crew during my bathroom addition. My all-purpose handyman had made some framing mistakes, which were only discovered by the electrician who arrived to do the next step in the construction process. He put in a call to Duncan, who was able to work me in two days later!! (My handyman was by then booked solid for the next six weeks.) Duncan and crew fixed the problem, and also corrected some other mistakes. They were efficient, friendly, focused, well-prepared, thorough, and utterly professional. It was money well spent, and allowed me to stick to the tight schedule allocated for prep work before the plumbers arrived."

"DR Construction is truly the best. We have been through two MAJOR remodels with them (one included a house lift + move and both were 6-figure projects). These guys are as professional, talented, capable, and generally great as it gets. To boot, they are really nice people and their prices are reasonable given their skill level - which is that they are true craftsman. They were able to anticipate challenges, come up with creative solutions, and solve problems that seemed unfathomable at the time. Duncan, the owners is always responsive, helpful, and takes genuine pride in his work, and in his employees who are always the cream of the crop. If you're taking on a home remodel, I can't stress the importance of a trustworthy, capable, and skilled crew. I wouldn't go with anyone else."

"First pleasant experience I’ve had with a contractor and their crew. And I’ve used many over the years (siding and deck replacement, kitchen and bath remodel, new windows/doors, exterior painting). I was skeptical working with a smaller team, that billed on a time and materials basis. But the smaller team allowed for clear, quick communication, direct negotiations and ease of tracking what was being done, when. I also feel I paid for exactly what I received (where other ‘estimates’ with companies came in at 1/3 more than my final cost with DR construction). Their honesty, professionalism, respect for each other (and my home) punctuality and tidiness went a long way with me. Never did I suspect they were doing something they weren’t experienced enough to do well. I was always able to catch a team member by email or text - and got responses back quickly, generally within the hour. Even on weekends. Really important to me - as I'm always online, but never really available by phone. Thanks Duncan and team! Looking forward to starting our next project soon!"
