"I want to express my absolute satisfaction with everyone at D.R. Construction! From the very beginning Duncan was professional and punctual. He was committed to helping me build my dream primary suite and bathroom within my budget and did not disappoint. The crew, Angel, Chris and Mike always showed up on time with a smile. These guys put in a serious days work with beautiful craftsmanship. They were knowledgeable for the big projects and paid close attention to the smallest details. I am very appreciative that Duncan also has such awesome subcontractors for the tile, electrical and plumbing. There was always quick and clear communication between everyone. Being confident that everything is done right is priceless. This whole project was finished on time and in budget with little to no issues. I would confidently 100% recommend D.R.Construction and we definitely plan on using them for any of our future home projects! Jessica"

"I'm very impressed with DR Construction. After having a huge tree destroy our livingroom, deck and garage, I'm thankful to have had their outstanding construction company give us such beautiful results. Duncan, Kim, Mike, and Angel were very knowledgeable and worked well together, and with the subcontractors. They listened to us. Communication with each other and with us was very good. The quality of their work was exceptional. I highly recommend them.

"Duncan and his crew are the most competent group of professionals anyone could ever hope for. Any single member of this team could carry an entire construction crew on their own, but together they are simply magic. Skilled and experienced beyond expectation, I don't think there was a single "impossible" problem with our project that could stand up to the A-Team Duncan has assembled. And you can tell that Duncan respects the people he works with and treats them well; I've never met a crew that works so well together, even the subcontractors seemed excited to be a part of the team.
Our home is a split level craftsman, built by a Boeing engineer in the 50s and damaged by fire in 2020. Because of the fire, all the work we had done was permitted and inspected, which means that everything the crew touched had to be brought up to modern standards despite having been built by an aerospace engineer 70 years ago. I don't think most contractors would have touched our project with a 10 foot pole. But Duncan, our foreman Mike, and the rest of the team were such consummate professionals that the few minor issues that came up were all resolved quickly, with barely any delay to the rest of the project. Genuine, quality work, too, without a single sketchy compromise or quirky short cut. The kind of beautiful, elegant solutions you only seem to find in old-school craftsmanship anymore. An honestly unbelievable team of amazing individuals with a shared depth of institutional knowledge and experience that allow them to make the impossible possible. And flexible enough to make it all happen on our budget, which is frankly as impressive as the craftsmanship.
A huge shout-out to Mike, Phil, Angel, Arron, Brett and the rest of the team, especially Kim at the home office for all her efforts coordinating, sourcing materials, scheduling, and keeping everything on track. Our project could easily have spiraled out and ballooned in cost, but Duncan's incredible team kept the entire project running smoothly. I can't imagine working with anyone else and I'm very much looking forward to continuing to work with DR Construction in the future."
